FOCUS SYNERGY BLEND

 The Process:

Always test a nickel sized portion of the skin first. Make sure your skin can handle the blend before wider application.

Apply Ma Earth Botanicals Focus Blend around the toes both top and bottom of the feet, on the brain stem, temples and across the forehead.

Apply several times during the day.

Put a few drops on a tissue and have it close, where you can smell it, when you start to feel out of control.

Diffuse this oil in a diffuser.
